Maybe it is the hardware but, as mentioned, if the shift keys do not work, but then work after 5-10 minutes, and once they are working they work perfectly, that doesn't seem like a hardware issue.

I've used the My Phone App for a while and really like it. It stopped working/syncing between the phone and PC on 9/24/20. I've tried to fix the syncing but can't get it to work again.
